Sensitive skin : symptoms

The recommended nutritional intake of omega 3 is 1,6 g per day for women, and 2 g for men. However, we only consume half of this, which brings about deficiencies in the skin so that it becomes sensitive, reactive and intolerant. The following can be observed :
  • Dryness due to a problem of the skin barrier which allows the water contents of the skin to evaporate abnormally, and to a lack of protective skin lipids.
  • Coarseness: a consequence of the dryness
  • Redness: reflection of an inflammatory reaction
  • Irritation and itchiness: due to a lack of hydration

This sensitivity can be corrected by reinforcing your skin barrier !
A supplement of ALA, an omega 3 skin-protector will re-lipidate, hydrate in depth, restore comfort, softness and suppleness to the skin, whilst day after day it will soothe and protect intolerant and reactive skin, both on the face and on the body.
