Bioretinol® :

Biorétinol®, or pro-vitamin A, is strictly vegetal in origin. It can be found in carrots, vegetables that have dark green leaves, cruciferous vegetables (cabbage, broccoli, cress), small green peas and seaweeds.

Lutein :

The main food sources of lutein are spinach, pumpkins and cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cabbage…).

Actilycopene®:

Actilycopene® is assimilated the most easily by lycopene. It gives the tomato its characteristic red colour. Other fruits contain lycopene: guava, melon, papaya, blood orange, and pink grapefruit.

Selenium :

Selenium can be found mainly in sea-foods, giblets and offal, wholemeal cereals and the various mineral waters.
