Nourish your hair !


Whether it is blonde or brown, straight or curly: hair reflects our state of health and can be very beautiful. Like us, it needs to be fed, and food supplies it with all that is necessary for its growth and vitality. It is a pity that the least thought is given to it!
Even though beautiful hair is an advantage, it does not represent a vital organ… That is why the hair’s root receives little attention and is only an afterthought, if at all. It is through the root that the micronutrients are transmitted which are necessary for the synthesis of keratin, the hair’s main component. In order for keratin, a fibrous protein, to be synthesized, it is thus essential to consume every day proteins that are rich in sulfured amino acids (see our article on: “The main sources of sulfured proteins”), as well as Group-B vitamins and zinc, to improve hair growth and to have healthy hair.
